Made a Journal

So I made a journal:

Bought a cheap graph journal and ripped the cover and backing off, so I just had the binding intact.  Bought some leather to cut down to a bit larger than the graph paper itself.  Some elastic-like shoe-lace-like not-sure-what-it's-called string-like-stuff to bind the graph paper to the leather.  And then some dye for the leather.

So I have a good journal now and its flimsy and sturdy.

It makes all the difference when I have something comfortable to write in.  Before this journal, all the others that I bought as-are from stores didn't feel right.  I couldn't stay in the mood to write when I'd sit down with them.  This one, I can write and write. It feels goooood.

Though, so far its filled with nonsense.  All my philosophy and theories that I've delved into have pretty much gone nowhere, but it still just feels good.  It'll come with me on some good travels this summer and it'll be dirty and abused but indestructable.

But, ah, here I am, writing on a laptop, and this doesn't feel right and I'm struggling to type this out.  I'll make a return to the journal, wake up in the morning, and come to class, probably with a coffee.
